Victoria St Refurbishment, Portrush

Coracle provided the concept and technical design for this full internal refurbishment of a derelict 3 storey townhouse in Portrush, Co. Antrim to provide bright and spacious ground floor open-plan living space with six bedrooms on the upper levels. The internal building envelope was fully insulated to exceed current thermal standards. The property was finished to an exemplary standard by the clients, the main contractor (Kermore Construction) and the interior designer (Catriona McHenry/bycatrionainteriors).
